Join Candice Jones from @candoyoga and Megan Coetzee @facetsnumerology as they combine two profound practices into a transformative journey. After years of doing readings, Megan realised that clients walked away with an intellectual understanding of their numerology and that there had to be a way of experiencing what their unique numerological frequency felt like in their bodies. It started as an idea and Candice and Megan explored ways of using yoga technology to embody, and bring to life, what the wisdom of numerology teaches us about numbers, sound, frequency and energy. When you apply this practise of “the yoga of numbers” to your personal chart, it can help you to get to know yourself deeply and tune into the energetic frequency and soul map you set up for this life. These tools can help you to navigate and live the life of your dreams! When this idea came together and was put to practice, there was great excitement about the potential of this beautiful Alchemy. After 2 years of in-person workshops, we are now very pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity, no matter where in the world you live, to join us on this journey. In this 6-month online course, we will explore the numbers 1 through 9, learning about their qualities and experience them using yoga postures as a physical expression and healing sound to bring the frequencies within you into harmony and balance. We combine colour, sound, our voices, breathwork and movement. When you sign up for the course, you will receive a full Numerology reading with Megan, a copy of your chart to work with, course notes for each module, yoga postures in video format as well as an online intuitive healing session with Candice.
