Yoga and Numerology Workshop

Together with CandiceJones from @candoyoga, we blend two profound soul-enhancing practices, channeling age-old wisdom into an embodied and transformative journey.

• We will explore the numbers 1 through 9, learning about their qualities and experience them using yoga postures as a physical expression and healing sound to bring the frequencies within you into harmony and balance. 
• You will receive your PERSONAL NUMEROLOGY CHART and a MANUAL WITH YOGA PRACTICES to support your own process of discovery and recalibration. 
• No previous experience in yoga or numerology necessary. 

We will have a 45min break for lunch, coffee will be available to purchase at Good to Gather on Rozendal Farm but please bring your own packed light lunch to enjoy under the trees.
