FAQ: Numerology Reading & Akashic Records Readings

  • When Are Sessions Available?
    Generally, sessions are available during these times: Weekdays: xxx Weekends: xxx Please check the calendar for availability.
  • Can I Get a Reading Without a One-on-One Online Session?
    No, as all of our readings are tailored to the individual, this is a fully personalised service. We don’t offer automated readings and therefore won’t provide a reading without a proper appointment.
  • How Do I Pay For a Reading?
    There are several payment options available to you when you book your session. Please take a look at the booking form to find out more. Please also note that all payments must be made in advance to guarantee your spot.
  • How Do You Conduct Your Sessions?
    All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Once your booking is confirmed, and payment is received, you will be sent an email with the details of your appointment. The official email will contain a Zoom link which will enable you to access your session. Please be sure to sign in a few minutes earlier than the official start time. This will allow you to run a final check on your connection and audio/video equipment.
  • Will My Session Be Recorded?
    A recording of your session will be provided, but you may also use your own external recording device (like your mobile phone) to record your session if you so wish. Please note: We strongly recommend testing your connection, microphone, and video arrangement before your session. We do not provide technical support prior to or during your session.
  • What If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel My Session?
    Cancellation or rescheduling is available in a case of emergency. We require at least 24 hours notice and reserve the right to charge a small administrative fee for changes to your scheduled session time. Please contact for help with this.
  • What Happens Once I’ve Made a Booking?
    Within a few minutes of your booking confirmation, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Should any additional information be required prior to your session, we’ll send a form via email, which we’ll need you to complete at least 1 day before your appointment.
  • Will You Send Me My Records/Reports?
    You will receive your record/report within 72 hours of your session. As each report is tailored to your unique needs (and based on our one-on-one meeting) it takes some time to create a document. There are no cookie-cutter, cut-and-paste reports here. Everything is one-of-a-kind
